Higher-value and complex serious-injury cases proceed in the Court of Session in Parliament House, Edinburgh. Our Edinburgh office is short walking distance from Parliament Square. Being based in Edinburgh doesn't make us an Edinburgh firm. We run cases for clients across the Lothians, Fife, the Borders, the East Coast, the Highlands, the Islands and everywhere between. Scotland is one jurisdiction; we serve all of it. If you can't travel to us, we'll come to you.
Surface-defect claims under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 — including against Scottish Borders Council, the City of Edinburgh Council and other roads authorities — are routine territory for us.
